Days Inn by Wyndham Monroe NC

I stayed at Days Inn Monroe for two days and booked two rooms. The service was great! I'd seen good reviews on Google about their customer service, and they were absolutely true. The young guy at the front desk was super friendly and always smiling. He handled our check in and check out smoothly, helped me make waffles during breakfast, and even opened the door for me with a warm smile. Really appreciated his kindness and welcoming attitude. The downside is pool wasn't open, and breakfast could be a bit better with at least some bread or toast. But overall, it was a nice stay, and I'd definitely come back again for the great service.

The room smelled like Marijuana smoke when we walked in. The washcloths were dingy and appeared dirty. Mildew in the grout and on the shower curtain. Loud guests outside our room late at night. The breakfast area was filthy. No decaf coffee. No butter for the waffles. Two bananas and 4 muffins were the only other choices. All in all the place is not being taken care of. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed our time here. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always friendly. The room was reasonably priced which was great. Room was Clean, clean linens, with new furniture and nice firm mattresses. Definitely recommend!

When you first walk in the doors at the front desk to check in your room.. it is one of the most smooth check-ins I've ever done before... The staff here are very kind and have the best attitudes ever! They made me feel extra comfortable because of their vibes with this hotel.....nothing but great vibes! Not only the staff the rooms are very very clean and very nice and modern looking. They also have breakfast and that is a plus too! Thank you for letting me stay at your hotel! 😁✊

This is a very old building, but don’t let that fool you. Our room was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. Bed was great with decent bedding. Breakfast is minimal, but they did have a waffle machine so it was that or cold cereal. We will be staying here again.
