Best Western Inn & Suites - Monroe

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel, will definitely come back. Its clean, safe, comfortable and the staff was amazing. Normally hotel beds are subpar but the beds here are so soft and comfy i felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Can definitely tell this hotel is well taken care of.

Excellent location. Room was spotless, everything in perfect operational order. Bathroom clean, great water pressure, plenty of hot water for shower. Breakfast area was clean, food was fresh, great overall experience.

Stayed overnight on business. It was perfect. The room was immaculate and must have been renovated recently. Everything looked modern. Nice big TV, plenty of lighting and outlets. The AC unit worked and wasn't too loud. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet at night. I slept well. Wi-Fi in the room was 13.3 Mbps down, 5.69 Mbps up. Not great, but good enough for a video call. Wi-Fi in the breakfast area was better: 87.8 Mbps down, 145 Mbps up. Breakfast was about average for a Best Western: sausage, biscuits, scrambled eggs, waffles. Everything was hot and tasty. There was a nice-looking pool outside but I didn't have time to use it. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay here again.

Very clean room, comfortable bed.

Just 1 night stay. Passing thru. Check in desk was easy to check in at, friendly and professional. Room was clean and no weird smells. Restroom was nice n clean too.
