Days Inn by Wyndham Lubbock South

It was nightmare our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We did not personally choose this hotel—someone else booked it for us—which is why we ended up staying here. As soon as we entered the room, the smell was unbelievable and very unpleasant. The room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke and weed. There were also several cleanliness issues. The headboard had visible dirty spots, the shower curtain and bathroom floor were very dirty, and the towels had yellow stains. The pillowcases also appeared dirty, and even the phone in the room had noticeable stains. Overall, the room did not appear properly cleaned. Because of these conditions, our stay was not comfortable, and we were unable to get the rest or sleep we expected. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are lookin

I truly wish I could give this negative stars. This place is disgusting. Honestly disgusting is an under statement. We found old hot Cheetos under the window unit, hair all over the bath tub, TOE NAILS mixed with hair and dirt just in piles all over the bathroom floor. The floors were absolutely gross. I am genuinely concerned this place wasn’t cleaned at all. Our fridge does not shut and is hot - doesn’t even push out cold air. We went to hook up the wifi to kids’ tablets and you have to pay $10 for wifi a day. We turned the shower on and it smelled so badly of mold. The walls are caked with dirt, random smears and actual boogers. Lastly - the room absolutely reeks of weed. I have never been to a worst hotel in my life. Positive: Price Negative: They should not advertise amenities they don't offer and haven't for a long time like pool and hot tub . They don't have them and know they don't plan on it.

This was the worst hotel stay experience I’ve ever had. I booked two non-smoking rooms, and not only were the rooms not even next to or close to one another (one was inside and one was outside), but both rooms and the hotel REEKED of cigarettes. That is not what I purchased and was agreed upon at the time of booking. The cleanliness was also non existent, as there were crumbs all over the counters and streaks all on the mirrors. Wyndham brand should be embarrassed that their name is associated with this location.

Room smelled like smoke, and it was a non-smoking room. Tv didn’t work and when asked front desk no resolution was made or offered, just said a lot of people were complaining. The couch and chair in my room was filthy as well. Will not stay here again.
