Days Inn by Wyndham Lawrenceville

Checked in and first room door wouldn't shut or lock. Asked for another room the AC/heater didn't work. Asked for my money back and the guy said we don't do refunds I asked where the sign was saying that and he pulls it out from under his desk and put it on the counter. I asked where was that sign when I paid for the room. So finally I had no choice but to try a third room since I couldn't get my money back. Definitely the worse hotel I've ever stayed at

Booked here bc they have smoking rooms only. Check in was slow. Property wasn’t what I expected (outdoor motel), but it was clean and quiet. First room was ok. Asked to use a vacuum and was told no. Had to switch rooms the next day and that room was incredibly moldy, especially in the bathroom! Stayed 3 nights in total and never received housekeeping, not even fresh towels. As I was packing my stuff to checkout on the final day, I called the front desk to let them know I’d only be in the room a few more mins since it was past 11. I was told there was no late checkout and that they’d call the police on me if I didn’t leave the room immediately. (After spending over $500 the past 3 days…yeah, great service!)

😊: I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast area had a smell of dampness and musk.. 😢: The chair and the ottoman in the room looked like they had not been cleaned for whatever reason. But the bed was nice and comfortable.

Shame on Wyndham for even having this as one of their hotels! It is so below the Wyndham standard. An old somewhat refurbished motel with outside entrances. Highly overpriced! Dingy, dull, not clean, and smelled musty. The front door did not fit the frame leaving wide gaps. We wedged chairs inside the door to make certain it stayed closed. Manager was very unfriendly and demanding at check-in. We found him wandering the grounds after dark. Hmmm, what was he up to? We only stayed because it was all we could find. Wyndham, you need to get your name off of this one now. It is a disgrace!

“I walked into the first room and it was extremely dirty: worn-out furniture, strong bad odor, mattress and sheets full of stains. They moved me to another room and it was exactly the same condition. There was no way my wife and I could sleep there. When I asked to check out and get a refund, the man at the front desk refused and kept the full $300 I had paid for the weekend. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.”
