Days Inn by Wyndham Kerrville

My husband, daughter and I stayed one night only as we were passing through. It was just us. The guy working asked if we had animals and I said no, because we did not. We checked in around 10 pm and out by about 10 am the next morning. We didnt stay long enough to really mess up the room. It was all quick. Then later that day I noticed a $25 charge from them and called to ask why. The same guy said it was because we had a dog in the room. I adamantly explained that no we did not have a dog in the room and demanded he return my money. He argued with me that I did have a dog in there and basically called me a liar. I explained he needed to check his cameras and return my money or I would bring the police there and have them check the cameras. He hung up on me and my husband called him back a

Unfortunately, my daughter was stranded in Kerrville because of an accident and had to stay at the days inn. The front desk person was very rude because of the amount of personal items she had in her room. She left her do not disturb door hanger and yet they still entered the room after they seen her personal things. They were under the impression that she was staying there for a long period of time even though my wife explained to the desk person that we were checking out the next day he was not phased by the inconvenience of my daughter her being in a strange place by herself he still decided to throw her out and refused to give me the general manager info or conect me so I could complain.

Positive: "" Negative: Manger front desk extremely rude. I simply asked if I could pay for extended check out, he starting yelling at me "if you want extended checkout you can pay for additional night". The sofa mattress had large pee stain and Shredded cheese remnants on it.

Booked thru agoda. Reserved room w the pay at front desk option as I am a disabled senior and my ssdi $ wouldn't post until my arrival time. I called to get a 1hour extension on checkout time and the rudest dude ever said " I'll only give you 30 minutes extra" .I just buried my Dad in Ga and was traveling back to California where I reside. I tried to cancel and he told me I cannot and I would be charged regardless. Called agoda and tried to cancel there as well. No luck. Keep in mind this is all over 30 minute extension on checkout midweek. So I showed up at Days inn kerrville and nobody answered the ring bell for 20 mins at 1 am after 15 hrs of driving. Arrgh! I got a nosebleed from my blood pressure and went in the noted special request section on website and pre apologized for my leaky

We booked 2 rooms while on the road. Once we arrived, there were several shady individuals loitering around in the parking lot and on the balcony. My wife and kids did not feel safe on the property. When we tried to cancel the reservation we were told that they have a no cancelation policy. I could barely understand the person due to their heavy foreign accent. I will never reserve another room at any Days Inn. In response to the owners response. I did reach out to your manager. All he had to say was that there is a no cancelation policy.
