We checked in very late at of driving in town for the IU/Ohio state game, and despite the hour, Joe at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were settled. He took the time to explain the WiFi codes and even showed us exactly how to adjust the heat in our rooms so we would be comfortable. When we came back down later realizing we didn’t have any ice, he immediately got some for us—top-notch service! The hotel itself looks fantastic after the remodel. You can really tell the difference with the brand new TVs and the beds were super comfortable. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and a noticeably freshly stocked cupboard. It’s rare to find such a nice facility paired with such genuinely helpful staff on the night shift

We stayed there one night on the way to Branson. We had also booked another night 9 days later for on our way home. The first night was a nightmare even after moving us to a better room. When I told the front desk I was not happy they said when you come back next week the newly renovated rooms will be ready. The comman areas are so dirty but the front desk and lounge is very clean. You get a few half pillows. All you have is a sheet and a thread bare spread that had all kinds of holes in it. I requested 2 blankets . One looked clean but the other had sticky crude all over it. We kept the lights on as I was so afraid of bugs. Because it was a prepaid non refundable we decided to go for the newly renovated room. Quite an improvement but still not completely. Positive: the room's smelled bad, they were never cleaned there were Roaches in the room's we took pictures of them and complained and they still didnt clean the room's I am very upset about those rooms being Filthy and I want a Refund. Negative: THE FILTHY ROOM'S AND THE BAD SMELL AND THE COCK ROACHES

This is a budget hotel and with that I am rating it higher because for a budget hotel it was great. It is a not frills location but it does have some great perks. It is located by a fairly large selection of food and if what is at this location is not enough you can go up another exit and find a bunch more. The staff at check in was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable with both a desk and a chair besides the two beds. Speaking of beds they were super comfortable. I like a slightly firm bed and that is exactly what they provided. The air worked great keeping the room cool, It has a large tv, fridge, microwave, and small one cup coffee pot. They also provide free wifi and it worked great and was fairly fast. Overall it was a quiet and comfortable stay.

*HONEST REVIEW * They have roaches they don't clean the property anyone can have access to your room if they're seen with you. Sam at the front desk will screw up your payments. I was pretty much begged for a review since the spring/summer season is approaching and they need the money. Avoid this place! I'm already in contact with a lawyer because of unauthorized entry. A housekeeper tried opening my door with a knife while I was in my room. No ice machine they give you trash bags of ice. Laundry room has roches coming out of the machines. This is pretty much a trap spot.
