This room had some of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve experienced. The room was quiet - even on the Fourth of July. Desk staff were very welcoming. Only downside was the sparse breakfast offerings. We decided to just go across the street to Waffle House for a hearty breakfast.

Positive: The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Negative: It was next to a busy road, so if you didn’t leave the fan on the traffic noise was too much. The breakfast was not adequate, and the mattresses were hard.

Very unsafe, homeless trying to push in when you use your key card to open the back doors. People in the streets I had to almost drive in the ditch to avoid. I dont usually post negative feedback you can look at my reviews but thi place was BAD. I was on bottom floor and my wondow would not lock, just a screen between me and the outside, I was so stressed almost in tears because the front desk would not listen and told me just cancel and go somewhere else 😳 it was late and I was tired...very rude. The did eventually put a safety bar in place (thank you) but was rude and dismissive about that....worst hotel experience I have had to date very disappointed.

Checking in was easy, when I got to my room and turn the air on it stank. The front desk person was very prompt and got maintenance involved. They were very prompt and resolving the issue. Having just drove 12 hours this is the best case resolution for this issue. I have no illusions about what this hotel is it's not the Ritz, it's a place to stay. The service is amazing 10 out of 10 would do it again All right
