Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview

Stayed at this location many times and it has always been comfortable experience. Love that it not as noisy as some of the other locations within the area and the front staff are extremely welcoming. The rooms are modern with dark hardwood flooring and a mounted wall flat screen. Bathrooms are standard size and clean. I’m a pretty particular person so the fact that I come back here speaks volumes. Believe that! Subha at the front desk is a great energy and always gives you a pleasant greeting. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Bed was clean and very comfortable, amazing water pressure in the shower. Extremely wide selection of HD TV channels, appreciated the sanitizing wipes and bottled water. Many fixtures in the room are loose, rusting, or otherwise worn, and some burnt-out light bulbs had not yet been changed. Cleanliness of the floors and furniture surfaces could definitely be improved (there was a lot of dirt/dust, crumbs, hair, and stains). Front desk staff was polite but not proactively warm and welcoming. They did not explain/review the deposit and room rate amount on check-in, which would have helped clarify for my understanding what charges to expect on my card even with my completing the pre-arrival check-in details online in advance via emailed/texted link from Wyndham.

Hotel location: good and quiet , close to the casino and entertainment . The accommodation fee is very affordable, Staff is helpful and polite. i will stay at this hotel if I visited Niagara Falls again.

Stayed overnight at the Days Inn Fallsview on a Saturday night; as my wife and I were going to a performance at the OLG Stage. Check-in was smooth (used the advance on-line) and we were warmly welcomed. When asked about overnight parking we were able to park at the casino (no charge). I did read several critical reviews about the hotel that I am happy to report were totally unfounded in our experience. Clean room, comfortable bed, TV in good working order, bathroom clean, shower was hot and had good water pressure, furniture was up to date and front desk staff were helpful, friendly and professional at all times (special shout out to Subha). Upon arrival we received several discount vouchers...used the Applebee's Breakfast voucher for 50% discount on Sunday morning...much appreciated. I'm

Check in was made pleasant and the service was quick. Subha was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was super clean and lots of room. Only issue we had was there were no batteries in the tv remote but when we called to the front desk a gentleman was sent down within 10 mins with new batteries. He was also very nice and helpful.
