Positive: The hotel staff wasvan elder lady and she had a scarf around her head. She was very helpful and patient with us. She moved us to a different room due the 1st room issue Negative: Had a teen looking to get in the pool but there was a sign that it was broken and a tarp over it. Our 1st room carpet was filthy and the room had a bad ordor like mildew and cigarettes.I got a headache. Had to buy Lysol to spray the whole room

This was my first time staying at a Days Inn, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I was in town for the A&M football game, so I expected prices to be higher than usual. I paid $516 for two nights, but I at least expected a clean, decent room that matched the photos online. The pictures on the website are very misleading. The property itself is not well maintained. The room I was assigned was in terrible condition: the couch (tan or white) was covered in black stains, there were stains on the walls, cracks in the shower, and even the smoke detector was missing. To make matters worse, I saw two cockroaches within minutes of walking in. At first, I thought I’d just deal with it since I had already paid, but my gut told me otherwise. Me and my kids went to Santa's wonderland in college station. We stayed at the Days inn hotel on University in Bryan college station. Because I did not want to drive late at night. I would like to say this is one of the worst worst hotels that we ever ever stayed in I couldn't hardly sleep because the room next door there were guys in there and I thought they were going to be getting into a fight and some objects got thrown against the wall. And it was adjoining room and thank goodness they did not have the access to get into my room. The breakfast was crappy it did not look like that on the website. I do not recommend any human stay at this place. In fact, I’m not sure I would let my dog stay there knowing how nasty the rooms are. The staff was outstanding. They were friendly and helpful in finding me a room that did not smell like my great grandfather’s ashtray. This place needs to be leveled and rebuilt. If I had had any other option or even twice the price of the nearly $300 it cost me to stay here I would’ve gladly. DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel was falsely advertised. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the state of the property. The place is rundown, dirty, and felt very unsafe. Staff was unwilling to refund my prepaid reservation saying I had to cancel 24 hours in advance. The front desk clerk said she didn't have the authority to override the policy and her manager was on vacation, no assistant manager would be available until Monday. I drove 3 hours for an event and relied on the advertised pictures to make my reservation. If I had known ahead of time what I would be walking into I never would have made the reservation in the first place. I will be reporting this to the BBB, the City of Bryan, my credit card company, and reviewing on every page I can find so no person is taken advantage of by this pl
