Days Inn by Wyndham Cincinnati East

Stayed her while working at my office in Cincinnati. Horrible!!! Hot water goes in and out. Bugs in my room (gap under the door). Stuff falling off the wall when I used it. No breakfast as mentioned. Room is in disarray but you can tell they did minimal adjustments to make it look nice. No desk chair. Stains on light fixtures. Asked for my room to be cleaned after 3 days and noone cleaned it, thus no clean towels. Sink was clogged on day 1, asked the front desk guy to fix it when I left and he didn't. Asked for accessible room and did not get it. They blocked off the exit and gave no direction on where to exit the hotel. Very disappointed. Left 2 days early and will not return. Saw the decent reviews and purchased but will never do again.

Awesome and friendly staff! I accidentally left my personal belongings in the room i stayed in. Walter and Lee both patiently took my many phone calls trying to track down my missing items. Walter was the Hero of the weekend when he called me to report that my items had been recovered! Thank you so much!

The location was very convenient for what I needed to do and where, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good and very comfortable overall, except there was no microwave. Cleanliness was good. Noise level was moderate, and there are some rooms that are located in a quieter area. The lobby and breakfast area was good, but I didn't spend much time there. It was worth it for the price I paid, because the room had what I needed, and the place is a convenient location.

Positive: The room was sooooooo clean and the beds were actually comfortable. This is a motel style for the price it really exceeded my expectations. Negative: No actually not i plan on coming back and that says alot because im so picky.

The hotel it’s self has a great location and is very clean. The price can’t be beat on Priceline. The front desk needs to trained in customer service their mannerisms or lack of is in need of adjustment. Vocabulary and simple basic manners goes a long way!
