Days Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

My sisters and I stayed for games in Pine Bluffs. We had a good stay. The drainage with the toilets and sink are slow. Customer service was great. The rooms are clean, shower pressure and water temperature stayed consistent. We would stay again.

Staff are the rudest people I've ever met. Specifically Patty I think her name was she's the older lady at the front desk. Manager was even ruder. Made us feel extremely uncomfortable they also handled things very unprofessional. Our first time there it was dirty the pool had plastic cups all over that' my kids tried to fish out. Ewe. On top of that we found hair in our breakfast. And the manager did nothing after giving someone else our room key. Was alone with kids and some guy walked in on me while I was preparing to shower. So uncomfortable I was actually crying. It scared me and my kids. Very bad place do not stay here.

Enjoyed the experience, nice, clean, pool and spa was very nice and relaxing. My only negative statement for our room was the bed was very low and wasn’t good for someone like me with faulty knees; need a box spring or lifted base for easier use especially if it’s a handicapped room. Thank you for a good time with pleasant friendly staff.

This is the best Days Inn we’ve stayed at. Room was clean, fairly spacious & well equipped. Hot water & water pressure were awesome! There is a workout room, laundry, biz center, nice lobby area. Dog friendly which is important to us. They gave us a room near an outside exit to accommodate the dogs as well. Staff were so friendly & very helpful. Hot breakfast with options we have not seen at Days Inn typically. We only stopped for the night. We would definitely stay here again.
