Days Inn by Wyndham Bradenton - Near the Gulf

Absolutely disgusting scamming establishment. I paid 300 dollars for one night for a room infested in mold and roaches. I complained to management and they lied through their teeth swearing it was clean and "special for me" only when I showed videos and pictures did they offer another room. Which was no better also infested. Because of me complaing they decided to overcharge me and keep my deposit when I left the room cleaner than I arrived. Beds were made but nothing is clean here. Baseboards and floors were covered in mold hair and so much more nasty. They also falsey advertise and do not have coffee or breakfast. This place is NOT SAFE. Stay away if possible. I woke up covered in BUG BITES and puking from mold exposure in the water.

Positive: Cheap good option in the area we wanted. The room was clean, but outside was a tad of a mess. GREAT value for the money though. Beds were ok and things generally clean (simple). Negative: It is a bit dodgy/dirty outside. Tables broken at pool. Cigarette butts all over parking lot. Room was "clean" relatively, but was worn. I still recommend to someone on a budget as to me it was still safe and clean.

Conveniently located, though in the sketchier section of town. The room was fine, the beds were fine. Recently updated. But no coffee facilities in room and no breakfast available unless you go into the restaurant. Had to wait for coffee to be made in the lobby. No shampoo, though toiletries are advertised. I asked housekeeping for shampoo and was told there was none. Fortunately I brought my own. Front desk staff friendly and check in was seamless. We were here during the week and pretty much everyone was settled and quite by 10:30pm. But you will hear TV and conversations from above and next door rooms. Next time I visit family in the area, I will look for different lodging

We reserved a non smoking room, and we were given a smoking room. We ended up getting a non smoking room after complaining. The room had muddy boot prints on the tile, nothing was plugged in, hair clumps in the shower, a rickety toilet that had a poop stain in it. Beds are not queen sized like advertised. Pool looks clean, but hoyer lift was broken and only on loung chair on deck. The wifi did not connect, and there was no breakfast like promised. And the only comment the front desk lady gave was she was busy... three parties checked in at same time... figure it out, it is not that hard. We like run down cheap motels, they usually have great service and are a great price. This was way too expensive for the horrible/non service and the room that did not match the reservation listing.

’Im disappointed with my experience here and want other guests to be aware. After check-out, I was charged what was labeled an “excessive cleaning fee,” even though the room was left clean and in normal condition. Despite bringing this up, the charge was not removed and my deposit was not fully returned. I also noticed additional upgrade-related fees that were not clearly explained beforehand, which made the final bill significantly higher than expected. I strongly recommend that guests take photos of the room at check-out and carefully review their final statement before leaving. Clearer communication and more transparent billing practices would go a long way toward improving trust.
