Days Inn by Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor

The hotel was filthy. Tge room had large carpet stains and the bed’s fabric headboard was torn. When it rained, water came through the glass windows into tge room. The breakfast offered was not as advertised. It consisted of poor quality, barely edible items. The elevators were filthy and I was scared to be in them. What a disappointment!!!

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I’m glad that they offered coffee and bagels in the morning. I’m glad that washing machine was working however, the dryer left my clothes a little bit damp so that might be something that management might wanna look into as far as providing a better dryer that works. Other than that, it was a good comfortable stay and I liked how the room had a couch attached to it and my room was Big so I could walk around a lot.

Positive: The staff were really kind and helpful Negative: Every other thing. The bugs in the room, the lamps that didn?t work, the smell of smoke through the hallways. The second room we moved to was cleaner but not by much.

A bit of an outdated property, but for a concert across the street- I'll take it! Definitely works great since you can walk to the concert and park at the deck in the same location(this is a 2 for 1 although the deck is not affiliated with the hotel). If this is for a romantic getaway outside of an event, this could work for budget friendly city action, but if you're looking to spend significant time in the room, I would consider other options due to the overall aesthetic of it being a standard and outdated Days Inn. However, excellent service, clean rooms, stocked rooms, plenty of channels on the TV, HOT HOT water, amenities & I'm sure if they did upgrade the property it would not be the same value it is today. I had an excellent stay.

The room was clean, however the sheets were wrinkled, the TV remote did not work, there were no outlets to plug in the desk lamp or coffee maker. Grab and go breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 am. We got down to the lobby by 9:30 to find nothing there. There is no onsite parking available. There is a parking garage directly behind it, but you can't park overnight, or come and go. We had to park in a garage almost a mile away. This wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed at by far, but I won't be going back.
