It is a 15-20 minute walk from the entrance to Downtown Disney and the room is very basic and in some ways outdated. The room had all the basics like a shower, toilet, beds, table and chair. It also had a microwave, a (small) TV with cable channels, and a surprisingly large refrigerator. The A/C is old and you cannot adjust the temperature (you can only turn it on or off) and our bed had a couple stains which was a bit concerning. There were also finger nail clippings on top of the mattress itself which was also really a concerning thing. I know this place was cheap (considering the closeness to Disneyland, $475) for 3 nights but you would expect much more cleanliness for even the most basic accommodation. It’s tired and neglected. Our room was just okay; the beds were on the ground and hard. Small TV, The bathroom sink and bathtub were corroded and need replacement. The 'Free Breakfast' was a joke: cereal and pre-packaged muffins. On the plus side, it was easy access to Disney 30 Minute walk or a -$10 Lyft

Listen, I am not a hotel snob by any means. I'm very much a, "this is a place to sleep," person. However, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I'm going to bullet point a few things that just had me a little grossed out. ● There are so many stains and gross peeling areas on the toilet seat in room 302. ● The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. One bed you couldnt lay on one side or youd literally roll off and fall to the floor. You can feel every spring, there is zero support, and the pillows might as well just be fluff. Zero support. ● The mattress covers are so old and overstretched they don't stay on the mattress and the mattresses are literally urine yellow and stained so bad. The property is really old and seedy, but it's just due to age. It'

We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Disneyland, which is within easy walking distance.|The rooms were huge, clean and had plentiful hot water.|The staff were so helpful. |We were able to leave our cases free of charge on our last day whilst we went to the park. We offered payment but this was declined. |We arrived to collect our cases absolutely soaked through due to torrential rain, and they let us use their staff restroom to change. |There are several places to eat within walking distance, and a small supermarket at a garage just across the road.|The breakfast was cereal and cold pastries mostly, but still welcome and the coffee was great.
