Room 105. 3 outlets do not work. Refrigerator does not work! Big cigarette burn in top sheet and the pillowcases are gross. Toilet seat loose. Smoke detector covered. Very disappointed

No frills doesn't even begin to describe this place.half the lights didn't work, only 2 outlets worked and I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work.... I stayed here because I had 3 level fusion surgery on my L3-S1. I use 2 crutches when not in my wheelchair and they stuck me at the very end of the hall. The only redeeming quality was the bed was actually comfortable

Positive: One free pet can stay Negative: Everything else the customer service is last at this place all you are is a credit card number the owner doesn’t even care if there’s hot water in the shower no grounds for discount or different room a hot shower is part of the room price period

I highly recommend staying somewhere else. I made a reservation with this hotel because they have always been good about flexibility and pets. I made my reservation back Feb of 25 and my plans changed. I have called the hotel since March 2025 and it is now June 2025 and I ask for a manager and every single day they say "Call tomorrow" I don't know who runs this place. They have terrible service. Will not help. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. They don't care about the guests or the business they are just a money grab and its discussing.

!!!!Do not skip this review!!!! THEY HAVE CAMERAS IN THE ROOMS!!!!! this is not made up. Blood stains on the walls and bed sheets is ridiculous. They turned the bed sheets inside out. They do not change them. Fecal matter on the walls, including various bodily fluids covering every surface. Yes, you read that correctly. Cockroaches crawling out of the floors and walls. Bugs crawling on you within 5 minutes of sitting in the room. Some type of bugs in the bed but I could not identify them. They do not clean the sheets. I asked for clean sheets to remake the bed and they said they had none. The towels were not washed. Do not use their WiFi, it’s a scam. They charged more than what the room costs. Check your cards after staying here. It’s not worth it. Save your time and money. They do not re
