Cypress Hut RV Park

I stayed there for one year. The people running the place came off nice at first but then things change. Every camper has a different set of rules. I was wondering why my electric bills where so expensive and finally found out that they where charging 25 cents per kilowatt for power when fpl only charges 13 cents and other parks in okeechobee charge 13 as well and was told that's illegal to do so. They also started a new thing where they want campers to mow there own grass. There is nothing at this park besides grass and they charge 500+ for spots and they overcharge you. Other parks in the area that are nicer end up costing the same price as cypress since they over charge. From my experience I warn people not to stay there. No amenities at all dirt road was told cash only price little high no background check no socializing keep to yourself place short stay moved forward month to month lease but can raise any time but must stay one year to get security back owner kept mine left after rent hike. Thought it's a dump got flat tire driving thru
