Crystal Cove Resort Hoa

Rented through VRBO, great host but did not inform me of the strict towing HOA guidelines. I was parked in the driveway, per sign, and was towed in the middle of the night due to tire touching the sidewalk. Tow company would only accept cash and charged $250 being on a Sunday. Very shady HOA. With having out of state car, in a cul de sac, seems very shady. Would never stay in an unwelcoming community again.

PLEASE if you value company, don’t give money to this place. Don’t buy a home. Don’t air bnb here. Their towing company steals your car, doesn’t tell you that they take it, and falsely accuses of wrongful parking. We parked in the driveway, and they took a “picture” of our car in the road. Yes, I am implying something here. There are wet tire marks showing that our car was in the driveway. We’re trying to see if anyone’s ring camera caught any illegal activity. They’re thieves looking to strangle you for your money. Where’s a Robin Hood when you need one?

Horrible scummy practices in this community! They just let this husband wife duo tow truck company to come in and tow vehicles without warning or notice of any kind, my mother, grandmother, and I went to visit family we haven’t seen in well over 20 years and decided to park on the side of the street and out of the way, no signage anywhere saying it was a tow away zone or no parking signs, then the “tow company” said we had to pay 175$ that day IN CASH ONLY to get our vehicle back, let alone that my grandmothers registration and ID are posted to a public website now because of these sleazy scammers! I would never recommend my enemies to stay in such a scammy place as this, let alone my friends or family, absolutely despicable!!!

Don’t stay here. Rude HOA and tow vehicles and has no signs that says no parking.I don’t recommend this community whatsoever save your money find elsewhere. Rude and disgusting community. Community getting kick backs on towing vehicles. If you’re going to have no parking in places have signs so people know. Absolutely not worth staying in this resort.
