Crystal Beach Suites Miami Oceanfront Hotel

PROS: Hotel is right beside the beach and offer you beach towels. Front desk lady was nice and helpful. Location has lots of good restaurants and stores where you can walk. CONS: There’s minimum parking. You have to find and pay for a parking spot. The room couch had stains on it. Bathroom tub had minor stains. They don’t offer breakfast. They charge a $56 resort fee upon arrival. You can hear people’s voices and footsteps outside your room. Personally I think they shouldn’t charge that $56 fee since they don’t even offer breakfast. But overall a good experience.

I chose this place for the price and location. If you book an ocean-view room, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. I stayed on the 2nd floor, and I could just barely see the horizon. If you can book ocean view rooms, I highly recommend requesting a higher floor (3rd floor or above) in advance. The location is excellent—right in front of the ocean, and Publix (a supermarket) is within walking distance. There is no on-site parking, but there is a spacious public parking lot only a 3-minute walk away, so it wasn’t an issue at all. I also recommend downloading the parking app ParkMobile before your stay. The sunrise is absolutely stunning, and I strongly encourage you to walk to the beach just one minute away to see it. Positive: The location is ok. The layout and amenities are nice. Negative: The hotel smells and hits you as soon as u hit the door. The rooms would actually be perfect if they were updated a little and the carpet was replaced w tile.

We only stayed at couple nights. The location is right off the beach within wakking distance of food and the free trolley. The rooms were as described; we used the sofa couch and main bed. The kitchenette was very useful and came stocked with utensils and kitchenware. I think the only issue we had was how much we could hear from the room itself. All the conversations happening in the hallways were clear as day.
