Was first greeted by Miranda who was amazing! When I tell you she was super accommodating and amazing! She alone gets 5 stars! Her customer service is elite! The hotel was clean and relatively quiet. This hotel has an indoor pool and gym on the Lower Level that was pretty nice! The breakfast buffet was good as well! Great service and food. The only issue I had with my stay and it was a big one for me, Hot water. For whatever reason the hot water kept going out. Was told that an engineer was working on the issue each day. The water would seem to come back, and within seconds the water would turn back cold. Unfortunately I did not experience a hot shower in this hotel and had to shower at my parents hotel down the road. I really wanted to rate this hotel higher because the staff was amazin

I've stayed here many times previously, while on business travel. This time, my Wife came with me and she was very pleased. Service has always been excellent, but this visit it seemed to be even better. Our rooms were very clean and amenities, atmosphere and food were all very good. In a great location and very quiet. My Platinum rewards membership was recognized upon check-in. The only problem experienced was in trying to order room service, on one night. I was told that I would have to come down to the lobby bar restaurant, place my order and then the food would be brought to our room. I was also told that the delivery charge and automatic gratuity would still be added. Having to do this negates a big part of the room service experience. I would recommend working on improving y

The place was beautiful and very clean. My room included a very large flat screen tv. My room was very clean and quiet for the most part, I was on the first floor which I usually don’t like but it was very convenient if I just needed to go to the desk or the cafe. And it was quiet for the most part, the bar got kind of loud at times, but there were doors that they closed and it really helped. The only thing I have an issue with was room service, they brought the food in plastic containers which was very disappointing and the food wasn’t seasoned very well. I love getting room service because it’s special I think they need to go back to using real dishes and silverware. The customer service was really good the staff was exceptional very professional and kind. I will definitely stay again. T

Positive: Room and balcony view Negative: I booked this hotel for my son’s 6th birthday so he and his brother could enjoy the indoor pool, but the water was ice cold. They couldn’t swim, and it was really disappointing since that was the main reason we stayed. Felt like a waste of money.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I had been traveling from South America for over 24 hours, and when I arrived I was ready for a shower and the bed. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Kristie, was so friendly and accommodating. She made the process quick and easy and fulfilled my requests. The rooms was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic.
