Comfort Inn St. Louis Airport

This hotel has wonderful and comfortable rooms with some of the most courteous staff I've ever met. Most importantly, I had a package delivered to the hotel the day before I arrived and the staff had it ready for me when I arrived. It's not what I normally do because I am nervous about packages getting lost or stolen when not being delivered to my home or work address, but it all went just fine. The employees were super friendly, pleasantly answered any questions I had and were very accomodating to what I needed. Room and common areas couldn't have been cleaner, breakfast was great and while exercise room was small, it had what I needed. I slept very well each night. Avon chicken and not being formed of any rules about the breakfast I was then told that I was stupid my card ripped the card out of my hand buy one of the front desk staff. For simply asking why I was not informed of the breakfast time I was told many very evil things as well as physically had my hotel card and they ripped out of my hands and was then told the police would be called. This on top of it all was supposedly the hotel manager so I would say avoid this hotel at any and all costs that these people are complete scammers and physically violent with customers.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I travel a lot. The sheets clearly had not been changed, and there were lots of small hairs in the bed when we went downstairs and asked to be moved. They said they couldn’t move us even though the parking lot was mostly empty they did however, offer us would appear to be a tablecloth to put on the bed. We went back down and let them know that we needed sheets and they gave us sheets. We asked if we were moved if we have the same problem in the next room and the person at the front desk said they didn’t know. In the bathroom, there is a hole in the door where somebody’s head went through the door instead of replacing the door or patching it properly they put what appears to be spray foam in the door to close the hole. Beds comfortable and no bugs but halls and stairwells have very foul odor this time staying here. I booked double queen room for Four asked for walk in shower no tub as spouse is handicap. Upon checking clerk verified my information on walk in shower and yet we were given room with step in tub! Plus maid only left one towel set in Bathroom and empty tissue container we needed to go back to front clerk to get more. At night only one clerk therefore it took me 24 minutes of standing in line due to customers checking in to get fresh cleaned towels n wash clothes! Hotel needs uplift in many areas and better placed aerosols to deflect foul odors!

Good location for the airport. Low water pressure in shower, the pillows were little squares which were interesting. I had some issues with getting a room online- the lady at the front desk was very helpful with that! :)
