Crowne Plaza Seattle-Downtown by IHG

Cam and Aster were the best front desk staff we've ever experienced. They were so helpful and happy to assist with any questions, recommendations, a map for the city since we were here for my aunts 60th birthday. We would absolutely come back and will stay here again. The restaurant staff were all super friendly and everyone overall, everyday asked how we were and if we needed anything. Kudos to the team and amazing employees that run and operate this hotel. 👏 such a incredible experience and honestly have not experienced such friendly staff in my years of traveling. They brought nothing but smiles!

Much better than I thought. Great location, very close to Pike Place Market. The service was so-so — I called for slippers and a toothbrush, but they didn’t arrive even after an hour, so I went to the front desk to get them myself. The front desk staff, however, were very helpful.

I never do reviews, but I just had to write one for your hotel to tell you about two outstanding employees. I attended the Seattle Garden show this past week and met Cameron at the front desk. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable at check in and throughout my stay. Also, she let me check in very early. Later, I had a problem with my in room coffee maker and a young man named Terray came and replaced it. He couldn't have been more helpful, also bringing additional supplies. I offered him a tip and he kindly refused, saying "it's my job." I couldn't help but leave a generous gratituity in an envelope for him at the front desk before I checked out. Philip is an AMAZING SERVER- he waited on us during breakfast service and in the evenings at the hotel bar/resteraunt. It’s rare to get this level of service these days. Professional - attentive- friendly- and just plain nice. Be wise to consider giving him a raise or promotions. Rooms were fine. Not amazing but what we needed. Gym was great. Treadmills- dumbbells - other equipment- it’s a tad small but has everting you need for a workout away from home- Best reason for this hotel is location. Wonderful stay

Spacious room, we stayed on 30th floor. Check in was great. We booked via Expedia but staff have been very helpful during our stay. We forgot a few things and they were able to accommodate! Will come back and recommend to others. Very close/central — a few minutes away from Pike Place Market and shopping area. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
