Crossroad Hotel & Event Center

Allegedly the only double rooms face the pool which is open until 11pm. Super loud. You can hear all conversations in the pool atea even with everything closed and blinds pulled. The queen beds seem old, squeaky, and uncomfortable. We had 2 small kids and it was basically impossible with the noise level. I think they need to either put double rooms elsewhere in the hotel or upgrade the noise barriers around the pool or in the rooms. I will say that someone else in our party had a king room that was on the second floor and it was MUCH quieter.

My favorite place to go to get me and my family out of the house. Staff and management are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Plus they have a nice pool and 2 restaurants which is very convenient!

Awesome guest service and room was very clean. We stayed for sons birthday and enjoyed every minute. The staff made our experience one to remember, thank you April and your entire staff

Positive: Very roomy with comfortable seating. Negative: No hand soap was provided, but we were able to get some from the front desk.

Staff is the friendliest, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, the breakfast is always hot and ready, the rooms are cleaned and smell nice. The maintenance responds super fast to ANY issues or problems you have. Front staff at the desk are so nice and understanding. Breakfast staff ALWAYS makes sure there is food to eat and keeps the dining room clean. Thank y’all for the hospitality.
