Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Fort Dodge

Nice little quiet hotel! Decent price, stayed for two days, everything was very clean except for the doors and backsplash in bathroom and wood behind beds could have been wiped down a little better. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I actually thought I had made a reservation at a different hotel, and when I pulled up to this one, I was a little apprehensive. However, I remembered that the reviews were good, so I went in anyway. I'm glad I did, for this is one of the *cleanest* hotels I've ever encountered. I didn't feel the need to keep socks on in my room or wipe everything down with Lysol wipes. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, and the coffee is good stuff with a variety of creamers and syrups to add to it. The staff are pleasant and friendly, and this will definitely be my place to stay when I'm in town.

I stayed here after being stranded by weather. Very clean, no elevator....but the problem was no TV. This town has fiber-optic available but they don't have it in this hotel. So, I was stranded, with only the clothes on my back, thinking... I'll just watch some TV and get up in the morning.....no. 7:00...no TV. Very quiet. Damn.

A friend and I stayed here for her 60th class reunion. The hotel was clean and quiet. We had a 2 queen studio suite room, which was nice because it was on the end of the building (so two windows) and had a couch. Though there was a bench that served as a place to set a suitcase, I would have liked to have a second place (or stand) for a second suitcase to be placed. Also would be nice to have grab bars in the shower as the surface is very slippery when wet. Complimentary breakfast was varied enough and tasty.

Positive: The breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast. Negative: Pillows are tiny not standard size and this made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. TV didn’t work when we checked in. Bathroom fan extremely loud.
