Crest Hotel Suites

Well the interiors of the rooms look nice, they smell like mold and the windows are paper thin. Also in window AC units make for a difficult night's sleep. The best thing about this place was the location close to the beach, but a lot of the information in the Google profile leaves a lot out. Well there are open beaches available to clients, a camping chair is provided. No one went in the pool during our entire stay because the pool area is not much larger than the pool itself, which is never in the Sun, and there is only one working pool chair shoved in the corner. The staff were not helpful, when we had issues with the TV, the AC, and the smell, they were rude, unhelpful and inattensive.

Had a great stay! Staff was nice and very helpful. Great location that isn’t too close to the tourist locations. We would book again and plan too! Not super fancy, but still very nice, which is what we look for.

I can’t say enough great things about this building, and especially about the manager, Dianelis. We recently faced a major issue, and the way she handled it was beyond professional it was calm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She communicated clearly, took responsibility, and made sure everything was resolved properly. What really stands out is how she treats residents: not like tenants, but like family. Her work ethic, compassion, and attention to detail make a real difference, and it shows in how smoothly the building is run. Dianelis is a true asset to this community, and I’m incredibly grateful for her support.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This hotel is BEYOND DISGUSTING. I travel a lot for work and hands down this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed. The hotel and rooms are not only dated, I wish it was just that. The pillows and sheets had stains, the sheet is placed over the mattress without a mattress pad, the antique air conditioning unit was beyond loud and annoying, the floors are thin and noisy, the pool is run down and dirty, there was no valet (when signs said there was) and there was hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet which were definitely not mine. I could go on but I won’t. In addition to this, if you don’t have a charged phone along with a very good connection to WiFi, good luck getting into your room or anywhere in this dump.
