Creek Runner's Lodge

This cabin was perfect for us! Cozy, quiet, comfortable, and great location. We stayed in the deluxe quadruple room, it had its own parking space right in front of the cabin door which was a plus!! We got in a little late so I didn’t get any pictures but everything was clean and well stocked. I wasn’t sure if there’d be enough blankets/towels so I brought my own, but the room had plenty of towels and there was also extra blankets in the room! Even though we only stayed for one night we made use of the stove and fridge in our cabin and love that there was everything we needed as far as cookware. I’d definitely stay here again.

I stayed here three days for my birthday and all of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and we were able to cook as well. Everything we planned is within a 5 minute drive. I will be staying here for all future trips!

Pay $105 for the night in a cabin with two queen beds. The area was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The manager was only accessible by phone, and the property care taker did not speak much English. However, they were very responsive and helped me whenever I had questions. Booked through bookings.com, easy. I would stay here again

Do yourself a favor and never stay here. My reservation was cancelled HOURS before check-in. I called the front desk multiple times and the owner refused to pick up and only responded via text. I was able to make other accommodations and Booking paid the difference but the new hotel had over $150+ in additional fees (parking, pet, amenity fees) Almost ruined my entire trip. What a horrible place with horrible service. I hate this place with a passion

We drove all the way to Big Bear CA to spend the 4th of July got a message that our room was ready and when we got there someone Elses belongings were in our room and the lock on the door with the code was not working. The door was unlocked and would not lock. We were told to wait two hours for them to get the room ready we waited but didn't receive a message giving us the okay, so we messaged and got no response. We went back to the room and the door was now working but the code we were sent didn't work. We had to drive all the way home tonight and our entire Holiday and dinner was ruined with a ten-week-old kitten in the car. Do not stay here if you want a room. This was a complete nightmare!!
