James took my $50.00 back ground check money, never ran the check, the room we decided I'd rent, HE DECIDED ,I wouldn't rent. The place is a dump, he's a thief, and shame on him for ripping off a disabled Senior in need of emergency housing. He kept my money, said no rooms are available.

A great place to stay. My wife and I found a good place to call home. James and Bruce take really good care of the tenants. Recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.
