Courtyard Villa Hotel

Hotel is closing on March 1, 2026 and then being demolished and rebuilt. We’ve are here for the last 2 days . Great location , literally on the beach. Have stayed here several times through the years. Hope the new hotel will be reasonable as the Courtyard villas.

Built in the early 40’s has old Florida charm with a hippie-chic flair. Very charming and quaint setting, walk-out to the beach and only a couple of blocks from the boardwalk. Comfy bed, great A/C! Miss B is very friendly and attentive to our needs! Miss Marie even brought the beach chairs closer to the shore so we could watch the air show front and center….definitely coming back here! ps…convenience store right around the corner too!

Contact info listed across multiple platforms is incorrect. ||To reach anybody, you have to call the number for Ocean Treasure (same owners). You do need to call in advance to let them know when you're arriving. The office is staffed until 5pm, and anything after that is considered "late checkin" which is essentially self checkin. Getting inside was hassle-free for us. However, when we arrived there was no parking, as a big trailer was taking up the remaining two spots. I called and was told to park next door. The only spot there was handicap (which we are not) and was halfway taken by another vehicle (also not handicapped), so we squeezed our car in for the night and luckily did not get towed or fined. A bit of a stressful arrival at 10pm, but we had no issues with parking after that. ||T

Positive: Excellent location, clean rooms, spacious courtyard with plenty of seating, and hotel employee is as wonderful as everyone says. Negative: Contact info is not utd- call Ocean Treasure. They need to know arrival time in advance. There was no parking when we arrived. Ended up parking in a handicap spot next door. Pool is closed. This was once a gorgeous hotel, sad to see its neglected state.

Ms. V was absolutely amazing! This place is a charming hidden gem that you simply have to experience. With fabulous beach access and spacious rooms, it’s a refreshing escape from the typical corporate hotels. And let’s not forget the stunning beach lounging area—it's the perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax!
