Customer Reviews
We were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we found multiple cleanliness issues including hairs in the bathtub, hairs throughout the bed linens, and a noticeable white stain on the couch. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to our check-in. In addition, there was constant noise from the entrance door opening and shutting, along with music coming from the lobby area. The noise level made it difficult to relax and get adequate rest. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic expectations.
It was fine. There were some lady bugs and a stink bug in my room but it is that time of year. Not sure how they would get in unless someone had the window open. I think you have to join the rewards club to get free wifi which sucks. Room was clean but no room service for a two night stay. They need an additional worker at the breakfast bar in the morning as it takes 10-15 minutes to get your complimentary food/coffee.
Facility sold out I’m a lifetime Titanium member but made no difference. Tried the Fairfield Wilkes Barre with same results. Ended up at Residence Inn and had an excellent experience. Will be my first choice when I return to the area.
Check in with Michael was smooth. He was very attentive and made sure to point out that my feather free request had been completed. He even was patient when I had issues connecting to the WiFi. My housekeeper was Amarica I think, I couldn’t quite read the signature. I believe she was also my housekeeper when I stayed in June or July. The room was clean and comfortable as expected. Michelle in the bistro was very friendly and the herbed cheese with my bagel was delicious. Chrissy at check out was also friendly and offered some light conversation. Overall I felt like a valued guest and will definitely stay here again as I travel to the area monthly. ||If the general manager is reading this, please give all these people their recognition they really deserve it.
Upon my check in, I must say that the website does not coincide with the experience of the rooms. This was my first and will be my last visit to this hotel in the near future. Guest Services was very pleasant but that is all I can say positive about the experience. Maybe I just got unlucky with the room I was given, maybe it was not given the best care by the last attendant , but unfortunately it was too obvious to not notice it was not well cleaned for awhile, that being said im just leaving this review because we are asked to do so and I wanted to be honest. i wish i would have read the google reviews before I opted to choose this property for I see I am not the only one who has had this experience. The room had a damp musty smell, the fridge was not well kept, Pillows after putting on m
