Courtyard by Marriott Thousand Oaks Ventura County

For a brief visit, this stay met its purpose well. The staff was attentive and polite, and the property felt clean and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was genuinely enjoyable. We had the avocado toast and the breakfast quesadilla, both of which were clearly prepared to order rather than reheated or previously frozen. The drink selection mirrors Starbucks offerings, though this is not a Starbucks location. They simply carry the products, so Starbucks rewards or gift cards do not apply. Food pricing felt typical for a hotel setting. Our king-size room was very clean and free of any lingering smells, though it did feel smaller than rooms I’ve experienced at other Courtyard properties. Amazing hotel amazing staff! Jessica was super helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and they had a Starbucks in the lobby. I love Starbucks coffee and it was delicious. I would recommend this to anybody staying in Thousand Oaks, especially if it is for an important event because they go above and beyond for your needs.

Stayed two nights in two adjacent rooms; rooms were large, well appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms and throughout were clean and well maintained - looked like new. Great outdoor pool area and large spacious lobby. A pleasant surprise was they had food service and a bar open so it was possible to get breakfast there - and a nice selection. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout - with special shout outs to the front desk staff and those serving food! Will definitely stay here again when visiting family. Highly recommended!

Our team stayed here for the tournament. The hotel’s proximity to the venue and restaurants is a great factor. I commend Jessica for her prompt response and great service. She helps us with the booking and made sure everything has been arranged for our stay. Very friendly hotel staff.

My husband and I stay at the same Courtyard by Marriott Thousand Oaks Ventura County location whenever we come to visit our family. We’ve been coming here for many years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s also a variety of pillow choices in the room. This location is just walking distance from good restaurants: Holdren’s for fine dining, Spumoni for authentic Italian cuisine, Chili’s, a Sushi place, and In-N-Out Burger. We always choose this Courtyard, our “home-away-from-home”.
