Customer Reviews
Great experience staying at this hotel I must say. The nice location, cleanliness of the room and environment, and amenities at the hotel not forgetting the seamless checking in process and the very friendly staff. I'll most definitely come back again and even recommend to family and friends. 5 star..!!!
I recently was at this hotel for an event in their ballroom. I accidently left my backpack that had a ton of items of significant value (both personally and financially). I didn't realize that I left the backpack there until I returned my rental car at LAX and noticed that it wasn't in the backseat. I called the hotel - they had stored it safely for me and offered to have it shipped back to me. The team was incredibly wonderful and communicative. When my backpack arrived home today I almost cried tears of joy. Their team was so responsive and helpful, even in my panicked state. Can't comment on the rooms, but it's a great place to host an event and top tier customer service!
We would rate this particular BW as a 2 star only.|We stayed there a few times, and every time the area in and around the elevator was very dirty. We even mentioned there was a dead bug in the elevator. Next time we went in, the bug was still there, even though we told the front desk.|Towels in the room are paper thin. But the room itself was very quiet, except for the A/C which woke us up when it went on at 3:00 am.|The biggest change from a previous stay, was the change in the "free " breakfast.|The "free" portion is very, very basic. You can however, purchase a full breakfast and get $11.00 deducted, which supposedly is the value of the " free" breakfast.|The location works well for us, that's why we've stayed there a few times. But will reconsider it in the future. There are other
Bed was pretty comfortable for the night. Room was nice for the price. Wall next to bed was dirty, like someone left footprints on it and the toilet had weird brown spots on the sides of the toilet which you would think would have been cleaned off by housekeeping after the last stay in the room. Freeway noise was not an issue.
Positive: Easy check in. Windows open. No parking charge. Everything in the room worked easily. Hot tub. Negative: Freeway noise. They have rooms in the back of hotel but none were available
