The hotel is comfortable and offers good facilities, making it a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and they include a microwave oven and a fridge, which makes it convenient to bring food from outside and eat in the room. However, the rooms do not have an electric kettle for hot water, body lotion is not provided in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the taps is extremely low. The staff are friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. There are a few limitations to be aware of regarding dining options. The hotel restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, and there is no bar or dining option available late in the evening. Not sure why they offer mobile key option but never deliver it? Had to still visit the front desk for check in although cards are already selected and on file. |Check in was painless enough. I was checking in around 11pm so not clear why room was not serviced to completion. Missing face cloths, coffee packs, coffee cups & shower map. Not in the mood to get this sorted out at 11pm I mentioned it to the front desk on the way out the next morning.|Breakfast in the bistro was nice, food was hot, fresh & quickly prepared. Staff in this area were exceptional.|Bed was ok, pillows were small and uncomfortable. Room was modern and nicely decorated.

Room was adequate. The bed sunk in the middle and toilet tank cover in bad condition. Gym was nice but temperature I too hot.  Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good

The hotel room was clean and good enough but not great as other Marriots we've stayed in. Very good location and price point though. Attractions are not within walking distance. Nice cafe staff. Nice desk service. No complimentary breakfast. No complimentary parking. No safe in-room. The towels were short every other day. The privacy lock for the bathroom was on the wrong side of the door. The sink drain was missing a drain cover. The parking lot condition was not good. I did feel safe though; good neighborhood. It is a decent hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend, the hotel and staff were amazing. Rooms were also clean and beds comfortable. But I been trying to get a hold of a general manager there because I was trying to see if an incident that happened to my car was done there. I’ve left 3 messages on the general manager’s voicemail and no response yet. And when I asked for corporate number they say there isn’t a corporate number. It’s now been about 2weeks now and still nothing from anyone.
