Courtyard by Marriott New York World Trade Center Area

Location is excellent—right in the World Trade Center area on Washington St, steps from 9/11 Memorial, Oculus mall, One World Observatory, Battery Park ferries, and subway lines. Super convenient for downtown sights and quick Manhattan access—great base for Lower Manhattan exploring. Rooms were clean with comfy beds and good workspace, but small (NYC typical), a bit dated in spots, and thin walls/noise from street/nearby construction. Service was solid—friendly front desk staff, smooth check-in, helpful with directions and requests. Bistro for meals convenient, and value felt good for the prime spot. Would stay again for the location! 4 stars.

Rooms or Tiny. No clothes storage and the beds are hard as a rock. Two elevators but one had some issues. Very few amenities in hotel room. No lotions or shower cap for example. No coat racks. Was disappointed but I get it. Old hotel probably that we refurbished but it still miss d the little things. Did I say the mattress sucked?

Typical city hotel in good location in financial district/ lower Manhattan. Hotel and rooms are small but clean and nicely designed. Beds are very comfortable and service / staff is helpful and friendly. Platinum member benefits are largely honored but there’s no executive lounge and no breakfast. Rooms can be noisy from street noise.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday at a room with a balcony. It was amazing! Incredible service from the friendly staff. My husband mentioned it was my birthday, so we got 2 free bottles of champagne! Conveniently located in the financial district right next to the subway. Also loved the nearby coffee shop and bodega.
