Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Upper East Side

I wish I could give 5 stars across the board, the service was wonderful, I read reviews before booking and was nervous because some said the help at the front desk was rude. I did not have that experience, everyone was wonderful. Rooms were clean and super close to public transportation. Water pressure was high and water temp was hot (great for a hotel) Only thing keeping it a perfect score, was the air-conditioning was not working. I decided To come back and give it the FULL 5 outta 5 stars... the staff here were exceptional, and my review needs to reflect that!! Great job! We will not only be back, but we will recommend 👌

It was a good stay at this hotel and the location is perfect for enjoying the upper east side. There are bus stops right outside the hotel and the subway is couple of blocks away. The suite room was enough spacious for us: 2 adults with one child. The bedroom was far from the entrance door so there was good privacy and you don't hear people walking by in the hallway. The bed was comfortable. The sofa bed in the living room is of a small size and it fit perfectly our child but not sure if an adult could sleep comfortably in there. The bathroom was SUPER clean and the towels were changed each day. There is good storage room in each area, furniture is a bit outdated but all in functional conditions, spacious closets, iron board, hair drier and a TV in both the bedroom/living room. I would im

This is a great value hotel! Quite convenient location, service is fantastic and attentive. I even hang out in the lobby 4 hours after checkout as my flight is later in the evening. They have few private places you could take business calls and work. They also have a secure area to store the luggage which is useful. Only drawback is the dining option like other courtyards but we ordered through Uber Eats.

Many aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory -- I would especially like to call out Edson for an efficient and friendly check-in experience, and the front desk person who helped me extend my stay when that became necessary (I'm sorry that I didn't catch her name). She explained that I could come back later for the additional Platinum F&B vouchers for my additional days.||Unfortunately, when I came to the desk yesterday to do so, the man at the desk at the time told me that I would not get any additional vouchers; that the other front desk personnel had "done me a solid" that they shouldn't have.||I'd like to suggest that you provide additional training to your front desk staff regarding Marriott's Elite Benefits. From the moment we arrived—well past midnight due to travel delays—Mr. Latif was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He immediately made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our late-night check-in was smooth. Since it was after midnight, valet parking was unavailable, but Mr. Latif shared the best spots nearby for on-street parking, and thanks to his advice, we found a space quickly.
