Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/SoHo

Loved the location in SoHo, room was accommodating. I booked a high floor room but felt that the extra cost was a waste because you just see the inside of the businesses across the way. Better off just booking a standard room. I also listed on my reservation we were celebrating an engagement but the guy at the desk seemed like he couldn't be bothered. The other staff were helpful during my stay.

Wonderful stay. Great team managing this hotel. Clean, updated, quiet. Location cannot be beat can walk to a ton of places and the 1 train is a block away. Special shoutout to Wilson, security and Victor in Housekeeping. Always welcoming with a smile! Highly recommend Wonder right across the street for an easy dinner one night with a ton of options. |Even with only one working elevator, the longest we had to wait was less than a few minutes hopefully that’s resolved soon but this place is def worth it.

Positive: location! SOHO is an awesome area & we could walk everywhere. Negative: only one elevator was working. and no real cafe for eats.

I was really looking forward to my stay here until the time came to be. I won’t speak on all of Marriott but this location specifically (Soho/Manhattan) is full of staff that don’t seem to understand professionalism or communication. Sept 25- check in (stay was paid until the 28th) until we entered the room to just little turn offs nothing too major. Dirty bed, wrinkly sheets, it was giving unwashed. Better yet, second day comes around. Inside the mini fridge was capsules of some sort found within (looks like drugs). Imagine a child consumed god knows what? Did the cleaning team not check to make sure of an empty fridge or was this just not seen I’m upset and so is my girlfriend so we call front desk, the gentleman sort of brushed the concern off his shoulder (no questions were asked- m

Christina was able to assist me with last minute reservation changes and made sure our group was well taken care of. Hotel was clean and little to no wear on furnishings. Would recommend staying here if in SOHO. Great location as well.
