Customer Reviews
I spent a week in this hotel in one of the accessible rooms. There were Cookies in my room upon arrival which were really good. There was not really any person willing to help me bring my bags in before I told them that I had an accessible room. However, they did help me out once they realized. The hotel lobby has various Teas And other drinks. There is a bar downstairs Next to the lobby. The rooms had coffee machines And refrigerators. The elevators were extremely slow and it was hard to be on time Because of that. When I left it took us about 20 minutes of waiting to get an elevator. The location is average, it's next to car dealerships. There was not much of a view. I would say that this hotel is overall quite average.
We had a great stay at this hotel at first, Golden was very accommodating for our early check in. However we were really disapppointed that it was not possible to have a late check out (after 1pm) considering the exceptional conditions of the storm and that every thing in the city was closed. Also we had bad smells of food in the room every night and in the morning but the room itself was clean and comfy.
Okay hotel. Close to times square. There are so many marriott hotels. Experience is so so. Room is small, view is okay. I think there are better hotels for the price I paid. No space for luggage. Toilet is small.
Overall great stay! Everyone was incredibly kind (shout out to Flavia for being so welcoming during check-in!) and helpful. ||Location is excellent as well as the amenities. Housekeeping always ensured trash was removed and all toiletries were well stocked. Additionally, I was surprised at how quiet the noise level was (floor 23). ||Since the lobby is for both this hotel and the Residence Inn, I was impressed by the speed of check-in and organization of the bell hops. On check-out, even though they were dealing with a large influx of customers, they still made sure that I was good with transport out, fostering a positive environment that welcomes and supports guests from the initial booking all the way to them leaving the hotel. ||The water temperature in the shower was a bit unpred
We stayed at this hotel and were quite satisfied. The room was cozy, everything was clean and tidy. The hotel itself is pretty good, and the breakfasts were delicious — a great way to start the morning. But the best thing about this hotel is its perfect location. You’re literally on Times Square: as soon as you step outside, you’re already in the heart of everything. A small downside: I expected at least some kind of nice view from the corner room. It was advertised as a corner room, but in reality the windows faced an inner alley, which didn’t look great. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would gladly stay here again.
