Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

This hotel delivered!!! I stayed here for a week and these three things really impressed me. -fresh towels delivered to my room each day -bed made to perfection every day when I got back to my room. -glass shower with good water pressure Thank you for a great experience.

What a disappointment. The staff is inattentive and the rooms provide the bare minimum. I stood at the front desk waiting for the associate for 10 minutes only for to stride in from outside stinking like pot. I only had one bathroom trash can for my room. During a two night stay house keeping did not empty my lone trash can or provide replacement bath towels. Most hotels provide some sort of complimentary break but here is $15 per person. Breakfast was cold and consisted of starchy food, tough bacon, and terrible reconstituted eggs. I selected this hotel assuming it would cater to professionals. I won't make that mistake again.

Overly restrictive cancellation policy. My flight to Minneapolis was delayed until the following day due to tornado warnings, but they would not waive the cancellation fee as they had a strict 48 hour policy. Although the Bonvoy representative was understanding of extenuating circumstances, the hotel was not.

Has all the amenities common to Marriott / Starwood Hotels, so most importantly, a comfortable, quality bed. Sadly, the building infrastructure is completely lacking to deliver adequate hot water. I don't like my showers that hot, and these were not even close at their best and were downright cold, slightly above the cold water temperature when usage was high. The staff would just shrug there sholders and state that there was nothing that could be done, and the cold showers should be expected. Not that we used a scientific method to measure the sound dampening between rooms, but noise from adjacent rooms seemed louder than at other Courtyard by Marriotts. Would not choose to stay here again.
