Courtyard by Marriott Ithaca Airport/University

I travel to Ithaca from work and stay at this hotel when I am in town. I have been a guest at this location every week since mid-June 2025. Despite my loyalty, I have received poor customer service from this hotel's staff. On January 18th, I brought my dog with me and was assessed a pet fee of $81. Although I did not bring her with me for any of my subsequent stays, the hotel staff continued to charge me an additional $75 for a pet incidental fee on 2/5, $75 on 2/19 and $90 on 2/23. I called multiple times to alert them to this issue and was instructed to speak with their manager, Caitlin. After finally reaching Caitlin this afternoon, I was told that there was only one pet charge of $81 and the other charges were holds on my credit card that would eventually be reversed. Positive: "" Negative: They indicated they had a shuttle to the airport at 10:23 pm. When I called from the airport they said the shuttle stopped running at 10:00 pm (???) and I had to pay $35 for Uber that took 30 minutes to get due to weather.

The hotel rooms are well furnished and my main complaint is that there was no housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed - even after requesting it after the second night.

Booked a room here thru USAA perks and paid for it. After checking in, they charged an $80 fee and somehow couldn't produce a receipt. The next morning they charged smooth another $65 and again, wouldn't give a receipt. I've now paid $195 for a room that was worth $120 and they won't contact me back about what the charges are for.

I am giving this location a five star reviews simply based on one person. We were checked in by Jelissa, the funniest and kindest customer service rep who is in the absolute perfect position for her attitude. She was so sweet and made us feel so warm and welcome we are having a terrible night and she made us laugh and smile! Thank you for the five star customer service and the decent hotel room!
