We checked in very late at of driving in town for the IU/Ohio state game, and despite the hour, Joe at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were settled. He took the time to explain the WiFi codes and even showed us exactly how to adjust the heat in our rooms so we would be comfortable. When we came back down later realizing we didn’t have any ice, he immediately got some for us—top-notch service! The hotel itself looks fantastic after the remodel. You can really tell the difference with the brand new TVs and the beds were super comfortable. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and a noticeably freshly stocked cupboard. It’s rare to find such a nice facility paired with such genuinely helpful staff on the night shift

I travel every week for work and chose this hotel for a family trip. I’ve never been more disappointed. I tried talking to several people who work there and they had zero care or customer service. The indoor pool is NOT heated. The website says it is, it is NOT. This was confirmed by the front desk attendant. We chose this hotel specifically for the kids to swim and they couldn’t because it was sitting at 65 degrees. The Bistro is supposed to be open for dinner, the lights were off and no one working both weekend nights we were there. I shared my concerns with the front desk who shrugged their shoulders and took down my name so their manager could call me next week. We did end up finding out someone was “working” at the bistro. It was the lady sitting at a table watching a show on her phon

We were largely disappointed in this hotel. We waited at check-in for about 10-15 minutes, and the employees were dressed super casually, like in clothes they could sleep in, and didn’t have any sort of Marriott identification on (no name tags or anything). I actually thought they were guests at the hotel. Once we got to our room, it just didn’t meet Marriott standards. It was clean but worn down (see the hairdryer photo). The walls were SO thin, we could hear our neighbors all throughout the night. The elevator was old, tiny, and slow. We were very underwhelmed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Excellent stay. Rooms are extremely clean, especially the bathroom. Very quiet, no outside noise. Very quiet inside, no noise from other quests in the hallways or early morning showers. Front desk attendant very accommodating and down to earth, not stuffy like other hotel front desk employees. Lastly, best towels and wash clothes ever. Most hotel's towels are stiff and hard. Softest towels I've ever had at a hotel. Thanks, we will be back.

Maid service was not available or offered for entire three day stay, even after requested each day and told it would happen. Had to procure towels and wash cloths from the front desk after returning late each night, as none were replaced in the room at any point. Very dirty floors under the sofa sleeper. Mold and loose bracket for shower door. Entry door near room out of service for entire stay. Ice machine on floor 2 out of service with sign directing you to floor 3, where there was another non-functioning ice machine. Fire alarm test in the morning that manager was equally as surprised by as we were with clearly no plan. He said to simply ignore any additional alarms. As a safety professional, I inquired how we would be notified if we needed to evacuate and he sarcastically
