Courtyard by Marriott Houston Kemah

I just came here to Kemah expecting a dirty hotel but then we found this place! I love this hotel becuase there are lots of amazing features such as a bar and a lounge! Everything is clean and modern! The beds are comfortable and with good bedsheets! The employees that were there when we came were nice and made everything easy to understand! Thank you Courtyard for providing such a nice place!

Stayed, stranded and snowed in. |A very memorable first time visit to Kemah, Texas as a couple to meet up with friends. |Our original stay had to be extended due to the rare winter weather conditions. |Our room was great, clean and comfortable.|All the staff we met were brilliant. |Friendly, attentive and accommodating. |We were booked for 4 nights and stayed for 7. ||Although many local amenities, attractions and roads closed at times we enjoyed being comfortable when we had to stay local and indoors. |We used the hotel bar, restaurant, gym. |We loved the ease of walking to local bars, restaurants, shops and the Kemah Boardwalk.

I have been there 3 times, and the recent one was really 😡. The room is clean, front desk is so warm hearted and everything is perfect except the breakfast service. The first day breakfast is on Friday morning, the Asian girl was so nice and we are allowed to take Starbucks coffee from the fridge which included in our breakfast plan. However, on Saturday morning, the breakfast bar server was a white old lady and she said no Starbucks coffee, I said yesterday was Okay and she answered today is today! I guess she is the owner of this hotel and changed the policy over one night! Besides, she was rude because my one long hair dropped on the check desk and she said “ Your hair!” I was shocked by her reaction! Am I polluted her check desk? ***!

Courtyards are already well know for being a great hotel. This doesn’t need a review . But I will say great location for Kemah.

Solid rooms and great hotel, within walking distance to the boardwalk. I was especially impressed with Kenneth’s customer service, as he made sure that I received an item I left behind at the hotel. Thanks to the whole team for a fun stay!
