Courtyard by Marriott Greenville

I have stayed here multiple times and it’s become my go to hotel in the area. Staff are very friendly and location is terrific. Rooms are updated within the past 10 years but not ultra modern. All furnishings are functional and of good quality. Beds are amazing between firm and soft. Water pressure is good (average but not amazing). For improvement, rooms still have carpet and a wall AC. Some door hinges could use tightening.

This hotel is fantastic! It’s located in the heart of Greenville across the street from the Peace Center. The staff is welcoming and very helpful, the lobby was immaculate and amenities were good. Rooms were clean and felt freshly done. |The stay was great. We left behind a pair of shoes. Zyair was exceptional in locating my shoes and making arrangements to mail them back to me. I appreciate his professionalism and your team.

The appearance was welcoming and inviting. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. They all had smiling faces and were eager to assist. The room was large and very comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. The indoor pool was an excellent bonus. The bistro seemed nice, but also seemed a little too "fancy" and expensive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer and can't wait to go back!

Loved the Bistro. Staff was super friendly and the menu selection had just enough. The room was very suitable and clean. The location directly across from the hospital was key. I could walk there.

Small fixes needed in the bathroom. Other wise good hotel. No loud environment. Quiet and peaceful hotel. Ease at getting keys to room. Good night rest. Comfortable bed. Very close to ECU. Plenty of food places around the hotel to eat at.
