Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Willoughby

Stayed here on a business trip. The rooms are somewhat modernized, but the hallways need some sprucing up, maybe new carpeting. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were incredibly soft. I think i fell asleep in a matter of minutes, I was so comfortable. The staff was super-friendly. The location was perfect during my stay. Everywhere I needed to go to or wanted to go to was very close by. I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip out.

Air conditioning in the gym wasn’t working and this wasn’t the first time that this has happened. The last night there the bedside mirror fell off in the middle of the night leaving broken glass all over the place. Luckily, I was sleeping on the other side of the bed.

Staff was fantastic but the conditions of the hotel were not the greatest. When I book a hotel my search includes ac, free parking, hot tub and pool. We noticed a cover on the hot tub and found out it's been broken and shut down for a while. That was a major disappointment. I would've booked somewhere else if I had known that. The first night was terrible in room 305. Both beds have springs that jab u all over. Especially in the ribs and hips. We requested a different room and were quickly and politely accommodated. Oh also the ice machine on the 3rd floor has black mildew chunchs in it so that was gross too. Definitely won't be staying at this Marriott again oh my future visits to the area. Sad bc it's a great location

The hotel is fairly run down and they do not have a friendly staff (for the most part), but it is in a great location! The room was cleaned to a certain extent, but had mold in the shower and bathroom and dust all throughout the room. The bed was very comfortable, but the towels for the shower were tiny and thin. I’m a small person and they were too small for me. Also, upon checking in, the front desk clerk would seemed upset that she had to stand up and get off her phone, said just a few words to me, and then handed me the keys and sat back down and got on her phone again, same with the bistro lady that worked on checkin night. Now, I don’t remember her name, but the manager of the bistro was super nice and a hard worker! She was there New Year’s Eve morning and took all of our orders for
