Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown

The customer service was amazing here!! From the front desk staff, to housekeeping, to valet. Big shout out to Caleb with the valet service! After handing him my keys I forgot to grab my suitcase & he brought the car around for me to grab it. He also offered to pack my car for me when leaving.

I cannot remember the last time I had this great of Customer service during a hotel stay. Katasha was truly amazing and so accommodating throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I had everything I needed. I will come back to stay here next time I am|In town because of her! Valet Geno was also great |Cute rooms

Positive: It's location to our event. Negative: Our room was not ready at check-in time. No one called us when our room was finally ready, we were late for our event because they didnt notify us when our room was ready. The hotel is a joke. They offered us points but we rarely stay which is useless.

Kaeleb with the lobby valet was awesome. Super attentive and took the time to warn me the valet can be crazy in the am so request your car early. His heads up saved me a bunch of time getting out the door. Thanks again!

Great location, smooth check-in process and good rooms with good amenities! Stayed here this past weekend for the Beer Fest with a group of friends. I know it's also not their lot, but the Westin underground garage was inexpensive for the location. $17 for a full night!
