I stay here several times a year while visiting relatives. Pros are a good location, great staff at front desk and bistro. But issues with cleaning and maintenance are common, and the property isn't responsive when problems appear.|By the first morning of my most recent stay in early Jan 2026, multiple problems were evident:|>> The heating system was stuck at 74F – too warm for us! I could change the settings on the newish digital thermostat, but no adjustments had any effect on the actual functioning of the heating system.|>> There was no electrical outlet on the desk – no way at all to plug in a laptop. The place where an outlet should have been installed when the new desk was assembled was easy to see, but the assemblers hadn’t finished the job, and nobody had inspected their work and

Worst hotel experience of my life. Absolutely unacceptable. From start to finish, this hotel was a complete disaster. The staff were rude, ignorant, and shockingly incompetent, treating every guest they encountered with open hostility and indifference. The condition of the hotel—especially the rooms—was filthy and unsafe. The first room we were given had a blood-stained mattress with a stain nearly three feet long, along with crumbs and cooked ramen scattered throughout the so-called “kitchen” area and inside the refrigerator. This was not missed housekeeping, this was blatant neglect. We were then “graciously” moved to a second room, which somehow managed to be even worse. My stay was a short one but here is my experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the hotel you will be greeted with fresh smells and welcoming smiles. We were in town for my son’s homecoming game at Buffalo State University. It seems like it was a busy weekend because the hotel came to be filled pretty quickly. The rooms were tidy but I found leftover raisins on the carpet. Bathroom looked like it could use a thorough cleaning. Also overall the rooms could use a little better modernization. Towels were dingy looking. Nice hotel but they could also use a larger parking lot too because once it became full we ended up parking further away from our room. If you have a EV you are in luck because they have several charging stations. Overall I would stay again but the

Positive: "" Negative: It seemed like the maintenance guy was trying to rob me. I left the hotel to get coffee at about 730am passing by most of the staff I returned through the side door at 815am the maintenance guy opened the room and walked in no knock no apology no tools.

it was your typical hotel room, the room was pretty clean. the towels in our bathroom looked as if they had been sitting out of awhile (cleaned but been there for awhile.) the bathroom had no fan in it, so when i came out it was incredibly steamy. the shower controls were backwards/upsidedown?? the beds were typical, but the nightstand in between them where there's outlets, both of them didn't work. there was three of us total so it was a little tricky finding spots for our phone and one guest's cpap. the pool was closed for maintenance, which is completely understandable, and there was a group of people being loud near our door. (which is out of the hotel's control, but we had a long day and were ready for bed.) the doors themselves were also really thin, the people outside were being lou
