I really like this hotel. I come to Baltimore a lot for work and have stayed in many Marriott properties—it’s my second favorite (after the Waterfront, which I only get to stay in when the C-suite is in town. Capitalism🙄). The rooms are very clean and fairly modern. Bathrooms are nice too (standing showers, but they only have half glass with no door so the floor gets SOAKED and you get a cold breeze. The staff is fantastic. The bar is small but a fun place to chat with strangers. There are a lot of breakfast places within walking distance and dinner places a scooter ride away. The workout center is not great, but that’s par for the course at most Marriott’s. Seriously how hard is it to maintain equipment and provide spin bikes? My ONLY complaint is that my first time staying here they g

Worst hotel ever! Staff unprofessional and they lied to us. Stayed 3 days and no housekeeping came. When we asked they said they only do rooms every other day so I waited. Next day no housekeeping. When I complained they lied again and said we have to request it - in the meantime a member of our party had their room cleaned without requesting it; Finally after numerous complaints the head of housekeeping came and they cleaned the bathroom & emptied trash.. No beds made! Ordered breakfast and paid for it but it never came. After 45 minutes we asked front desk staff and they said it would be right up. It never came! Still waiting for the $61.98 refund

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Surrounding area was clean and well kept. Our room was quiet and clean. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Folks wore masks accordingly. The hotel also had plenty of snacks, and vendin machines. We didnt use them, but it was nice that we had that choice. Great experience overall.

Rooms are clean and fresh. Staff seems largely disengaged and disinterested. But the worst part of the whole experience was the food at breakfast. First, what courtyard doesn’t have complimentary breakfast? Everything here is ala carte and it’s gross. The avocado toast came out soggy. With what appeared to be knife spread avocado, and two hard boiled eggs that looked like they had been made days ago and reheated. The person cooking the food brought it out and told me that he wasn’t going to charge me for it. So why even bring it to me in the first place? Just say we don’t have it today. Location is very convenient but will choose somewhere else next time.

Room was decently nice, however there was an issue with the water when we tried to shower. It came out disgustingly brown! We opted not to shower and used water bottles to brush our teeth. Spoke to a front desk attendant who informed us that there was a water main break or such and assured us that our stay would be rebated, he took my card down for a hold, and over two months later..nada! I spoke to several front desk attendants over time who each assured me that the matter would be escalated, and to no avail. I even went back to the hotel to speak with a manager who reassured me that she would be looking into the matter and that she'd have a response by the following Monday- it has since been over two weeks with no response. This is extremely disheartening and I am very displeased as a lo
