I was not satisfied with our stay. The positive notes were the location, and the cleanliness of the room. Also, there was one employee who was working the morning of January 4th who was good. The other two people working the front desk were dismissive and unengaged when we asked questions. The male employee working the evening of January 1st, did not know anything about the parking in the area the hotel was located and was unfriendly about it. I am most unsatisfied with the fact that your company hides costs to make your hotel seem cheaper to stay at. You list pet-friendly and parking as amenities, but you do not make the cost of those things clear and readily available on your website. We stayed on a Saturday night in February. Great location with an excellent parking garage attached. Check in was easy, room was clean and we had a nice breakfast at the Bistro. At first we thought the Bistro prices were a bit high, but the servings were large and well prepared.

This hotel has been our Baltimore weekend go-to for at least 10 years. Our experience in December has us considering other hotels. The downturn started when the suites were remodeled and now the sitting area layout, with no couch and a very small TV, is not nearly as nice. In general, the hotel seems to be less well maintained. Ultimately, deal-breaker issue is that the shower water was lukewarm. The front desk was very nice, in keeping with the Marriott brand, but a hot shower is a must have.

I had an amazing nights rest at this hotel. Super easy check-in, Room was clean. Front desk was welcoming and informative in regard to a marathon that was taking place and what street closures were happening which was super helpful in getting to my destination. I will say the photos that was shown of their rooms don’t do it justice. The pictures for some reason makes it feel older but I thought it was much nicer than what was shown. Will definitely stay here again when back in Baltimore.
