Over all it was a good experience. They dont offer what most other Marriott offer. There is no free breakfast no lotion in the bathrooms. No on-site parking. They do offer parking overnight for 55. The beds were comfortable and the rooms smelled clean. The Look hole for the door was dirty so we couldn't see out for safety reasons. All the people at the front desk were nice. Valet parking was fast and the gentleman was nice. Didn't see any bugs which is always a pluse. Overall I would recommend. Its within walking distance to the park and the aquarium depending on how much you wanna walk. Better priced then other hotels in the areas.

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Downtown was truly wonderful, and what made it exceptional was the incredible staff.||After a full week of hard work and long, exhausting days at the Atlanta show, coming back to this hotel felt like coming home. The entire team was attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind, always greeting us with warmth and a smile.||A special thank-you to Chantal at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and who always made us feel welcomed and cared for. Sayu at valet parking was consistently friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with—those small moments of kindness made a big difference at the end of long days.||And of course, heartfelt thanks to the wonderful housekeeping ladies, who took such great care of o

Positive: It was absolutely wonderful! I was quite surprised at the level of expertise of the staff, the ambiance and pure warmth of luxury of the room, the Bistro's delicious food, and Hallie and Shundra both displayed, exceptional guest/customer service. Negative: Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. However, just a little more lighting in the room may benefit some of its guest (like me), but, I also understand that the present degree of lighting may be the "signature tone" of the Marriott's legacy.

As loyal Marriott guests, we appreciated the central downtown location of this Courtyard. The hotel competently handled all the fundamental aspects of a comfortable stay—everything operated exactly as expected, with nothing drastically standing out, positively or negatively. The central location was a significant benefit; we especially enjoyed having many restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. I will note that the hotel's 'by-request' housekeeping policy, while now standard, requires guests to proactively call down for service. However, I genuinely appreciated the staff's initiative: although I had only requested a simple set of fresh towels, they proactively offered to perform a full room cleaning. That level of attentiveness was definitely a welcome touch. We would c

I completely understand that hotels don't have public restrooms but most hotels know when to make an exception. I'm a limosine driver and occasionally have asked hotels to use their restrooms when I had to wait for guests for longer periods of time. It is usually not an issue as the hotel staff understands that there are no public restrooms in the Downtown area AND I'm a woman. They also know, we provide a service to their guests. Not so at the Courtyard by Marriott. Even though I'm dressed professionally and am in my 60s, the front desk agent wouldn't make an exception. He insisted on needing a guest's first and last name. Since this was an Uber black pickup, I only had two first names. I repeatedly pleaded with him to please let me use the restroom since it was an emergency but he wouldn
