Janay at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.|I enjoyed my time at the bar w Server Damien while watching NFL. The room was comfortable and the fitness center was well maintained. Heidi at the front desk was very attentive to my needs upon departure. This Property is a convenient in/out for work commutes and is surrounded by shopping/restaurants.

Worst courtyard I’ve ever been to. Dirty shower and toilet that wouldn’t flush. TV wouldn’t work then after maintenance came I couldn’t turn it off so I had to sleep with it in. Thermostat world not cool correctly. Also, the check in lady was very inconvenienced to check me in for my stay. Minimal lighting. So disappointed.

Positive: The entire place is updated, clean, and lovely. Bed were extremely comfortable! Negative: Front desk staff left much to be desired but the main issue I had was the non-refundable pet fee ($75!) and the daily parking fee...I've never, EVER paid a parking fee at a hotel in Amarillo. Those two things doubled the cost of the room.

We tried this location on our way home from Colorado and we were not disappointed at all. From the amazing desk staff to the gentleman working the Bistro last night and the wonderful Bistro woman this morning, we were impressed. Our room was large and clean. We had a lovely overnight and slept well. What more can you ask for on an overnight stay?

Unless this hotel is better managed go somewhere else. Arrived with my family after booking online and calling the front desk to confirm (since we were arriving in the late evening) and they DID NOT HAVE A ROOM with two beds like we reserved and confirmed. So they put us in a different room with a single bed and a sofa sleeper. We searched the room and could not find any bedding for the sofa sleeper. We asked the front desk and with your typical teenager sigh and slothlike movement she returned with a sheet saying " we don't have any pillows" . No apologies, nothing just "here". The room was clean, however the climate control was set near 80 degrees (it was 40 outside) so was a shock to our systems, enough so our 10 year old got sick. After several visits to the front desk we noticed we w
