Courtside Inn Niagara Falls

I was definitely scared by the reviews, I've stayed at lots of cheap motels but never seen reviews so low. My experience was perfectly fine. Room was reasonably clean, service was solid, location is pretty good. Walls are thin so you can hear people coughing and the furnishing is definitely outdated, but I'd say you get what you pay for. Got my deposit back two business days later as suggested.

The room room was not great, the owners should check the rooms for any uncleaned places and if the room is properly working, before giving the visitors the room. Such as the bathroom light not working the A/C and heater with no buttons, the bath wasn’t working properly. But the owners/workers were very nice to find us a room that was properly working and for fixing the bathroom. The workers were nice and service is great the only thing they should fix is the room to work properly and be clean and ready to use.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A NICE PLACE This place is the MOST disgusting place i have ever stayed. When we talked to front desk staff they said they knew it was gross and to talk to the manager. When I tried to speak to the manager she hung up on me. She had a full on argument during my check in with another patron, bathroom had blood on walls, ceiling was falling in, cigarette holes in blankets, holes in walls, not cleaned since 1982. Towels were mildew-y. Terrible customer service.

Never make the mistake of staying at this hotel. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the staff treats you terrible, there is no professionalism whatsoever. They are extremely unhelpful and show zero flexibility when it comes to addressing any issues. The hotel itself is outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. The rooms were not clean, and the facilities were in poor condition. The furniture was old, and it was clear that the hotel has not been renovated in years. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I strongly do not recommend staying here to anyone. It’s a waste of money, and there are much better options nearby.
