Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Newnan, GA

I only made my reservation about fifteen minutes before arriving. They had my reservation. The gentleman was very nice and very informative about the property. It was also nice to be served cookies upon arrival. Hot and cold breakfast buffet had all the basic and the hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. They also serve Seattle's best coffee..

I hate to have to write this review, but there were just too many things that were unacceptable. Upon check-in, the room smelled strongly of mildew. We were given another room right away, but also smelled, although not quite as strong. I had to buy air freshener to make it tolerable. It makes me suspect a mold problem in this hotel. All of the outlets in the room were loose, which made it difficult to charge our phones and other electronics. We had one roll of toilet paper in the room. One. It was not changed from the last guest, and was about half gone. That is not ok. This was a bare minimum “hotel”. I will definitely not be staying here again on my next trip to NEWNAN.

I know the hotel could not help it, but the scent of marijuana was very strong in the hotel. Also, our key would not work after 10:30 am and check out time was 12:00Pm. The hotel was rather out dated but air condtioner did work good.

If you want to stay the night with Cockroaches and not get a refund, be their guest. I unfortunately booked with booking as I am on a work trip and so very last minute and didn’t get a chance to read the reviews as I normally do. I work 12 hour shifts and come back to take a shower and sleep. Cockroaches come out when there is no action happening in the dark. I come back from work today and went to the bathroom and found a roach crawling up the door. I obviously killed it. My next step was to tell the service desk they didn’t care and not even phased. Said I can get a different room but roaches travel so no thanks. I at first thought this was a fly but as soon as I saw it running that’s when I found out it was a roach. Disgusting. They told me to call booking to get a refund but they know

First when I check in which was on the 24th they tell me I have to pay extra 75 dollars in case anything goes wrong with room fine I do.So I didn’t immediately go to my room but when I did go to my room it was dirty hadn’t even been cleaned then I go to front to let them know they switched my room ok cool so the 75 dollars is supposed to come back to my card once I leave I checked out on the 25 of feb it’s march 4th and my money is still missing I knew it was going to be something I will never stay here again if I ever visit newnan again
