How is this place still open? Worst experience ever. The website claims this hotel offeres indoor pool, wifi, and free breakfast. Its all questionable. First red flag, the desolate parking lot, like out of a depressing, scary, cheesy movie. Second red flag, they notified me the elevator didn't work after they charged the room plus a deposit fee (with out informing me) and my roo. Was on the 3rd floor. Once in the room, the third red flag, dirty and stained furniture. Fetid rotten smell as soon as we opened the door. Then, the tub..... like taken out of one of the dilapidated houses I passed on the road. Needless to say, 10 minutes later I was down at the front d3sk demanding a refund, only to be given a phone number to call the manager the next day after 10 am because he is the only

Terrible stay. The elevator was broken so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs. There was no water available. The vending machine was out of water. There were no towels in our room. Except for the BLOODY dirty towels left in our room. The facility was disgustingly dirty. The floors were nasty. The bathroom light was broken and flickered horribly if it was turned on. The water faucet was covered in hard water and barely had any water pressure. This was one of the worst stays I have ever had.

The check in process was horrible, the employee was hard to understand. We asked for a bottom floor and he said yes then told us he didn't have one. The elevator was out of order and he told us how to get straight to our room. He told us the wrong number so we had to walk all the way across the hotel. The tub was dirty and had paint peeling and there were no washclothes. There was a light out in the bathroom that was needed. The room was smelly and dirty. There was wires sticking out by the AC and the border on the floor was coming off. The mattress was so uncomfortable and horrible to sleep on. There was some dirty clothes in a cabinet, no Kleenex, and the cups weren't in packages but just on the counter. This to me it is very unsanitary.

My family and I arrived on December 19 2025 for a 2 day stay. Pulling into the hotel, I noticed it looked a little run down. No issue there, with high winds of Lubbock its to be expected. The front desk woman was very nice and informed us the elevator was out and she could move us to a first floor room but it wouldn't be ready till 1'oclock. I declined, just wanting to get into the room and sleep. She understood and very kindly handed us the keys. Upon entering the room, I noticed the carpet was dirty. It obviously had not been vacuumed. There were even spurs in the carpet that got impeded into my feet when I stepped onto the carpet. Having young children that was unacceptable. Inspecting the beds, the comforters where dirty, lipstick stains, dirt, and hair. One bed was worse then the othe

Positive: That the room had 3 beds, enough for all my family to sleep in comfortably. Negative: I walked in clerk was on his cell phone5 mins before getting off to check me in.No elevators were working, wasplaced on the second floor, bathroom counter looked like it was going to fall over all looked dirty. The washer and dryer was also out of order.
